Video My final attempt was successfully completed on 3rd September 2008 when I did 102 consecutive press ups! My

view it on YouTube. Monday 25th August 3rd Test Result: 73 Push Ups! Click here for the Complete Workout I can't believe I managed 73 push ups. Only 27 more to find by next Tuesday. Ummmm... it's gonna be tough but with a little belief I know I can do it. It's incredible to think that 5 weeks ago I could only just manage 30.

Saturday 30th AugustRequired: 30 - 30 - 25 - 25 - 25 - 25 - 22 - 22, at least 56I really went for it today! I felt like I attacked all the sets and my final set shows I was determined to complete today. I'm really pleased. And that takes me over the 2,000 push up mark since I started!! Actual: 30 - 30 - 25 - 25 - 25 - 25 - 22 - 22 - 60 = 264!! |

Monday 1st SeptemberRequired: 27 - 27 - 23 - 23 - 23 - 23 - 20 - 20, at least 56Well, this is it! My final set of Week 6. Today I felt good and it is reflected in the result today. Very pleased to have done it all and managed 64 at the end. Whilst I didn't actually complete Day 1 of Week 6 properly, I still feel I am ready to go for the 100 consecutive psuh ups on Wednesday!! I'll video the session and upload it for all of you to see!! And I'll post it on You Tube too! I can't believe I've done nearly 2,000 push ups since I started 6 weeks ago! Actual: 27- 27 - 23 - 23 - 23 - 23 - 20 - 20 - 64 = 250 Weekly Total : 795 Push Ups |

Final Test!! - Wednesday 3rd SeptemberTotal Consecutive Press Ups = 102I can't believe it! I did it! This was absolute agony. You'll see from the video when it's uploaded, that I was suffering by the end. I felt like my head was going to explode. I am just so chuffed that I managed to achieve the goal, and in just 6 weeks, exactly like the program said. Thanks
