WEEK 8

Thursday 23rd July

Distance - 6.4 miles    Time - 30.00mins    Bike (on Turbo Trainer)

My physio had told me to completely rest for a week to let my back settle down. I saw him again on Tuesday and he said it was much better and I could cycle today but no running until after I see him again. I'm seeing him next Monday.

It was great to be back on the bike. But after 20 mins I was knackered! No idea how these Tour de France boys manage to do 5 hours plus day after day and up huge mountains too!!!

My HR was never over 140 and my legs and back felt great! :-)
 

Friday 24th July
