Distance - 3.0 miles/4.8Km Time - 28.27minsIt was pouring with rain this morning and it was actually quite cold, but very refreshing.I headed left onto the A370 towards Bristol and went down towards Barrow Guerney did a lap of the Smiley Miley loop. I managed the 1st mile in 9:55mins so similar to Monday. I was pleased to have got close to Monday's time with a slightly reduced HR. Ave HR - 168 Max HR - 176 |

Distance - 6.83 miles/10.93Km Time - 27.42minsI was really cold from the swim and with a wet tri-suit on it was quite uncomfortable.I headed left onto the A370 towards Bristol and went down towards Barrow Guerney did a short lap into Long Ashton and then back onto the A370 and home. Ave HR - 158 Max HR - 184 Swim. Distance - 900m Time - 20.00minsHaving cycled to the leisure centre in Backwell, I did a short swim session before jumping out of the pool and back on to my bike for a bike session. |

I managed the 1st mile in 9:27mins so was pleased, but it meant my HR was very high. Ave HR - 175 Max HR - 184 |
